Your Role
As An Early Childhood Teacher At Harmony, You Will

  • Design and lead engaging early learning programs
  • Build strong, supportive relationships with families and your team

Why Balmoral?
Harmony Balmoral delivers an inquiry-based Kindergarten program where children have the opportunity to learn in smaller, more intimate groupings through project work with our 4 Early Childhood Teachers. We pride ourselves on our community connections with Excursions and Incursions often to accentuate the delivery of our curriculum.

Our Kindergarten is situated on its own floor with direct access to a bespoke outdoor environment. Our Centre is located in the heart of a vibrate, riverside community with some of Brisbane's best cafes and restaurants on our doorstep.

We welcome 113 children per day (birth to 5 years) with easy public transport connections and plenty of underground parking.

About You
You are a passionate Early Childhood Teacher who is:

  • Holding (or working towards) a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)
  • Committed to seeing children as independent, capable learners
  • A confident leader who supports a collaborative, respectful team culture
