About the Role
As a Workshop Technician, you'll play a critical role in maintaining, troubleshooting, building, and repairing hardware and software systems. You'll work closely with our Service Desk team and get hands-on experience with a wide range of technical tasks that directly support our clients' success.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

• Diagnosing and repairing PCs and notebooks for clients

• Handling warranty claims and replacements

• Imaging and configuring systems to client-specific standards

• Rebuilding and preparing systems for deployment

• Performing onsite installations and providing field support

• Communicating clearly and effectively with clients when required

About You

• A recent graduate or final-year student in IT, Computer Science, or related field

• Practical hands-on experience with hardware/software (through work, study, or personal projects)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Highly organized, with strong time management and multitasking ability

• Able to think critically and solve problems under pressure

• A genuine team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft, or similar are a bonus
