Barista - Inner Northside

Farmhouse Kedron is seeking an additional permanent part time, or steady casual (your choice) for 30 to 36 hours a week (3 to 4 days working week) including at least one weekend day.

We have a team of 5 baristas already, but one is now a nurse, one is now a pilot, another has private clients in a second job, another has a newborn and one more is headed to Canada So we need reinforcements, for at least 12 months.

We are VERY busy, so not everyone's cup of tea (or coffee) But we have a fabulous team, a strong multicultural, diverse and positive work culture, very reliable hours, pay, and super as well as a few other benefits. We are a family owned business, not a franchise. Our current baristas have been with us 8, 9 and 3 years.

We have exceptional 7 day a week support from our roaster (supplier) and a brand new 3 group San Remo. On Fridays we run two baristas to a shift, and on weekends 3.

We'd love to hear from you if you have at least two years strong experience as a barista, and are looking for opportunities as a Head Barista in the future, or to help with an opening and new venue mid 2026. We are unable to offer sponsorship for this position, unfortunately.

Pay: $33.00 – $47.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 36 per week
