We're Hiring Senior SAP Functional Consultant – BTP Integration

Location:
Can be based in Sydney, Melbourne, or Perth

We're seeking a
Senior SAP Functional Consultant (BTP Integration)
to join our SAP practice. This is a client-facing, hands-on role where you will lead integration projects, provide advisory services, and deliver SAP S/4HANA and SAP BTP Integration Suite solutions that create real business value.

As part of our SAP practice, you will:

  • Deliver expert advisory services: Guide clients on SAP integration strategies, roadmaps, and transformation initiatives.
  • Lead implementations: Design, build, and implement SAP BTP Integration Suite solutions across SAP S/4HANA and third-party systems.
  • Drive business analysis & requirements gathering: Facilitate workshops, elicit requirements, and translate business needs into effective integration solutions.
  • Support presales & proposals: Contribute to client discovery workshops, solution walkthroughs, and proposal development.
  • Build relationships: Manage stakeholder expectations and provide clear communication, negotiation, and issue resolution.
  • Lead & mentor: Guide team members, ensure effective service delivery, and foster a collaborative, high-performance culture.

We're looking for someone with:

  • 5+ years of experience as an SAP Functional/Technical Consultant specialising in
    SAP BTP Integration Suite
    .
  • Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA (Public or Private Cloud) integration.
  • Experience in at least 2 full-cycle implementations or 5+ years of solution support.
  • Current SAP certifications in relevant modules/technologies.
  • Proven ability to design, configure, and deliver integration solutions using iFlows, APIs, and multiple protocols (REST, SOAP, OData, SFTP, JMS, etc.).
  • Excellent client-facing skills with strong communication and business partnering capability.
  • Experience leading workshops, preparing design documentation, and working in Agile delivery teams.
