What You'll Be Doing

As our HSEQT Administrator, you'll be a key support to our Health, Safety, Environment, Quality & Training team. You will:

  • Set up employees into our online system
  • Issue online inductions to new starters
  • Enter training records
  • Coordinate with the Trainer & Assessor or Supervisor for mobile plant operators to be verified as competent
  • Audit training records for compliance
  • Maintain our online inductions
  • Work with our Trainer & Assessor to keep training documents up to date
  • Follow up outstanding training and licenses with employees
  • Assist workers to complete inductions where they need support
  • Carry out general administration tasks - emails, phone calls, filing, scanning, spreadsheets
  • Provide ad-hoc support across the HSEQT department as needed

Don't stress if you're not an expert in everything, full training will be provided

What You Need to Succeed

This is a full-time role & you must be reliable, organised, motivated, and ready to learn. You'll thrive in this role if you have:

  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills
  • Intermediate computer skills (Excel & MYOSH or similar systems a bonus)
  • A willingness to learn about the civil construction and safety industries
  • A positive attitude and a bit of "up & go"
  • Previous experience in Safety or Training admin is a bonus, but not essential
