About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Workshop Fabrication Supervisor/Foreman to oversee daily operations in our structural steel workshop. The ideal candidate will ensure production targets are met while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate workshop fabrication activities
  • Interpret and check shop drawings before fabrication
  • Allocate tasks and monitor performance of boilermakers and welders
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within tolerance
  • Maintain quality assurance and safety compliance in the workshop
  • Liaise with project managers, draftsmen, and site teams

Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in structural steel fabrication supervision
  • Strong understanding of workshop fabrication processes and welding procedures
  • Ability to read and interpret detailed shop drawings
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Trade qualification in Metal Fabrication or equivalent
