The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Centre Director to lead our Riverview Centre. You will be responsible for the effective and efficient operation of the centre, whilst enabling and empowering educators to deliver high quality early childhood services and programs in line with the National Quality Framework.

About You:
Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education and Care
Experience in a leadership role, including 2iCs/Assistant Directors looking to take the next step in their career
Minimum of 1-2 years of leadership experience is required for this position.
Deep understanding of the NQF, EYLF, and National Regulations
Current Blue Card, First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications
All required certifications must be held at the time of application.
A passion for leading teams and supporting children to thrive
Solid communication and relationship-building skills with families, children, and team members
Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
Visa sponsorship is available for suitable candidates without current Australian work authorisation.
