Employment Type: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent,

Salary: 68K- 75K, Base on experience

Parlour Wine Room is a vibrant, European-inspired wine bar and restaurant nestled in the heart of Canberra. Known for our seasonal menus, curated wine list, and warm hospitality, we're seeking a passionate and skilled CDP or SCDP to join our dynamic kitchen team.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and execute dishes with precision and creativity across various sections
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
• Collaborate with the Head Chef on menu development and daily operations
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to a positive, professional kitchen culture
• Ensure efficient mise en place and service during busy shifts

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a CDP or SCDP in a fast-paced, high-quality kitchen
• Strong knowledge of modern cooking techniques and seasonal produce
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for food, wine, and hospitality
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
