The Role

Our pick packers are responsible for the fulfilment of our customer orders by accurately and efficiently picking and packing items from our Warehouse. They also play a critical role in maintaining workplace health and safety and our high standards on quality.

Key Duties

  • Picking and packing orders
  • Meet daily KPI targets
  • Assessing items to ensure quality standards are met
  • Identifying and isolating any damaged product
  • Packing orders and submitting for labelling
  • Supporting stock management
  • Upholding WHS requirements - keeping a safe, clean and tidy work environment

About You

You're a reliable team player with a strong work ethic and a can-do attitude. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in doing things right the first time. With a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach, you're the type of person who spots when something's not quite right — and takes action to fix it.

Previous warehouse or pick packing experience is a bonus, but not essential. If you're motivated, dependable, and ready to learn, we'd love to hear from you. Please note, this is a casual position, therefore shifts are rostered and there is no guarantee of set hours.
