The Opportunity

Due to continued success and a strong pipeline of projects, we have full-time positions available for motivated and experienced Roofers
 to join our team. This is your chance to move beyond the standard and work on a diverse range of engaging projects across metropolitan Adelaide. If you have a keen eye for detail and want to grow with a company that values quality, we want to hear from you. An immediate start is available for the right candidates. Multiple roles available.

What We're Looking For:

• High Standard of Work:
   A genuine commitment to delivering exceptional workmanship.
• Proven Experience:
   Demonstrated experience in all aspects of roofing. Commercial experience is preferred, but skilled residential roofers are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Professionalism:
   A positive attitude and the ability to represent Formclad professionally on-site.
• Team Player:
   Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential.
• Reliability & Initiative:
   A strong work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to take ownership of your tasks.

Essential Requirements:

• Certificate III in Roof Plumbing or equivalent experience
• Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport
• Construction Induction Card (White Card)
• Working at Heights
• National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain one)
• Comfortable using digital tools (apps) for job management and communication

Highly Regarded (Bonus Points but Not Essential):

• Valid Working with Children Check (WWCC)
• Elevated Work Platform (EWP) Licence
• First Aid Certification
• Specific experience with architectural metal cladding systems (e.g., standing seam, copper, zinc).
