About the role
Grindel's' is seeking a Plumber and Gasfitter to join our team in Port Hedland, WA. This full-time role offered is fifo and residential.
What you'll be doing
- Wide range of maintenance tasks
- Diagnose and resolve plumbing and gas system issues for customers
- Commercial and mining work
- Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and provide recommendations
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with relevant industry regulations and safety standards
- Provide excellent customer service and liaise with clients throughout projects
- Contribute to the overall success of the Grindels' team in Port Hedland
What we're looking for
- Ability to take stern feedback and accountability
- Plumbers who take pride in their work
- Qualified Plumber and Gasfitter with a current Tradesperson's license
- Minimum 2 years' experience working as a Plumber and Gasfitter, ideally in a similar regional/remote location
- Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Proficient in the use of plumbing tools and equipment
- Ability to complete all paperwork as required
- Commitment to quality work and continuous improvement
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites as required
