This amazing opportunity is located in Peel Region in a daily drive-in drive out capacity working 12 hour shifts over both day and night shift requirements.

About us:

As a leader in Emergency Response, Medical, Risk Management, and Training Services, Parabellum International is seeking an Emergency Response Officer to join our client's team in the Peel Region. 

About you:

As an Emergency Services Officer, you'll be responsible for responding to emergency calls, providing emergency medical care, drug and alcohol testing, plant access and egress, and maintaining emergency response facilities.

To be considered for this position, you must hold the following qualifications:

  • RII30719 Certificate III in Emergency Response and Rescue or; PUA30622 Cert III in Public Safety (Firefighting and Emergency Operations), Which must include the following units of competency:

  • PUASAR025 Undertake confined space rescue

  • PUASAR024 Undertake road crash rescue
  • PUASAR032 Undertake vertical rescue
  • PUAFIR324 Render hazardous materials incidents safe

  • RIIERR201E Conduct fire teams operations Or PUAFIR302 Suppress urban fire

  • HLT41120 Certificate IV in Health Care or higher

  • HLTAID011 Provide First Aid (less than 12 months old)
  • HLTPAT005 Collect specimens for drugs of abuse testing
  • Heavy Rigid - B Drivers Licence
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Current Police Clearance (less than 30 days old)
