What You'll Do:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Advise customers on boat models, accessories, and marine services that best meet their needs.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new products, and market developments.
• Participate in boat shows, events, and other promotional activities.

What We're Looking For:

• Passion for boating and marine products.
• Proven sales experience, preferably in marine, automotive, or luxury goods.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
• A valid driver's license and boat licence
