Social & Influence AM/Consultant
is the central driver of always-on and campaign-based social and creator programs. You sit at the heart of delivery — turning insights into ideas, ideas into content, and content into high-performing social and influencer outputs that earn real attention.

This role brings together earned thinking, cultural insight, content strategy and creator management to deliver integrated work that has genuine brand impact. You operate at the intersection of PR, social, creative and production — ensuring ideas are shaped smartly, executed beautifully and delivered seamlessly across channels.

Experience managing basic paid social activity is a bonus, as is the ability to confidently project manage creative/design-led work (even when it falls outside pure social). This is a growing area within the team, and we're looking for someone who can help strengthen this capability without losing the social-first centre of the role.

What You'll Do

Social Strategy, Content & Channel Delivery

• Lead the development and delivery of social-first strategies, content plans and monthly calendars across multiple channels.
• Provide strategic recommendations grounded in cultural insight, audience behaviour and platform best practice.
• Oversee production of platform-native content — ensuring ideas are tight, assets are on-brief and output is consistent and high-quality.
• Manage channel delivery: scheduling, community management oversight, optimisation and performance tracking.

Influencer & Creator Program Management

• Lead creator/influencer casting, outreach, negotiations, briefing and content approvals.
• Manage deliverables, budgets, schedules and usage rights with precision.
• Oversee reporting and insights, ensuring creator content ladders into broader brand strategy.

Integrated Campaign & Production Leadership

• Work with in-house creative, design, studio and production teams (internal and external) to deliver thumb-stopping content, shoots and integrated work.
• Project manage creative/design work beyond social where needed ( ie. digital display assets, brand marketing collateral etc) — scoping requirements, briefing creatives, managing timelines and ensuring final output meets client and production specs.
• Partner with PR leads to build integrated earned-social-creator ideas that drive culture, conversation and Excess Earned Attention.

Client & Team Leadership

• Manage day-to-day client relationships with clarity, confidence and a proactive mindset.
• Present strategies, creative ideas and performance insights in a polished, compelling way.
• Mentor junior team members and support workflows across multiple accounts.

Paid Social Support

• Support (and where relevant, lead) the briefing, optimisation, tracking and reporting of paid social activity.
• Work closely with clients, paid partners or in-house specialists to ensure alignment with organic and influencer activity.

What You'll Bring

• 3-4 years' experience in social media, content, influencer/creator and/or integrated communications roles.
• Strong capability in developing social strategies, content plans and platform-native creative ideas.
• Demonstrated experience managing influencers/creators end-to-end.
• Expertise in project managing multi-channel social programs — and ideally, some experience managing creative or design-led projects beyond social.
• Confident client liaison skills with a track record of building trusted relationships.
• Experience collaborating with creative, design, studio and production teams.
• Solid understanding of paid social fundamentals (or the interest and aptitude to grow).
• High attention to detail, strong organisation and the ability to manage competing deadlines.
• A proactive, culturally switched-on mindset with a love for ideas, creativity and new ways to drive brand impact.
