We're a tight knit team with a strong emphasis on work culture and providing quality services to our international and domestic clients.

We are currently looking for a full time Accounting Assistant to join our team at our South Hurstville office. This is a real opportunity for a driven individual to forge a new career path in the Administration field, lots of growth opportunities, training and future career advancement.

Your Duties will include:

  • Book keeping with the Xero suite, including payroll and monthly BAS
  • Accounting entries, accounts payable, accounts receivable etc
  • Backup to the Office manager and admin team
  • Assist in data cleanup for our various channels

You will need:

  • eagerness to learn new skills and programs with a desire to resolve problems in a fast paced environment
  • excellent organisational and Time management skills
  • Have strong CSV skills and good Google Suite knowledge
  • Ability to ensure tasks completed to a high standard without the necessity for constant supervision and reminders
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Have a high level of personal initiative and Self-Motivation.
  • 1 year experience in book keeping duties using Xero such as Payroll and BAS is desirable.

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • South Hurstville, Sydney, 2221: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
