We're seeking a warehousing distribution professional to efficiently provide a range of distribution services that meet the needs of retailers and stakeholders. This is a 12 month contract opportunity within our Coorparoo Distribution Centre.

What you'll do

  • Support Warehouse and Distribution product delivery for all enquiries and retailer transactions.
  • Accurate picking, processing and packaging of all products, including Instant Scratch-Its tickets, Lotto products, Point-of-Sale and other ad hoc tasks.
  • Perform rolling and/or annual stock takes.
  • Resolve retailer and player-related issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Perform warehousing duties including the shredding of redundant stock and maintaining a storage facility for various Lotteries functions e.g. Retail Image, Marketing promotional material, general stationery.
  • Adhere to and administer company and site-specific health and safety obligations, processes and initiatives as well as good housekeeping processes.

  • Maintain Shipping Inventory processes within the SureTrack2.0 system WMS

What you'll bring

  • Forklift License / High Reach
  • 3 to 5 years' experience within a similar role
  • Experience in distribution operations including picking, processing and packaging a range of products.
  • Certification IV in Supply Chain Operations or Logistics
  • Ability to schedule and prioritise own work, rapidly adapt to changing circumstances, be flexible, display initiative, and be a team player.
  • Demonstrate, or have the ability to rapidly acquire, computer literacy in relevant office software (e.g. Inventory Management systems).
  • Warehouse Pick and Pack experience
  • Use of Inventory management and despatch systems within warehousing/storage industry.
  • Teamwork skills and ability to work independently.
  • Making sound decisions.
  • Customer Service / Communication skills.

  • Maintaining a Safe & organized work environment.
