  • Mixed billing clinic, established for 5 years in a high-foot-traffic location.
  • 10 GPs, with up to 6 working at any given time.
  • Strong multicultural patient base, including Asian, Sri Lankan, Indian, and middle-class families.
  • 15-minute appointments, usually booked a day in advance.
  • Onsite Dorevitch Pathology and Chemist Warehouse next door.
  • Nursing support available 7 days a week for immunisations, procedures, and chronic disease care.
