Specialist Cleaning Lead - (Progression Opportunity)

Are you an experienced cleaner looking for flexible work with real opportunities to grow?

We are seeking motivated and reliable cleaners to join our team on a casual basis, with the potential to progress into full time Team Leader or Senior roles as we continue to expand.

About the Role

  • Carry out a wide variety of cleaning tasks including:

  • Vacate / End of Lease Cleans

  • Residential Cleaning
  • Commercial Cleaning

  • NDIS Client Cleaning

  • Flexible hours available – we work around your availability.

  • Package negotiable based on experience and performance.
  • Work with a supportive, professional team that values quality and high standards.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years' experience in vacate/end of lease cleaning or equivalent.
  • Experience in residential, commercial, or NDIS cleaning highly regarded.
  • Comprehensive experience across all four cleaning environments is essential: residential homes, commercial offices, healthcare facilities, and industrial sites.
  • Strong eye for detail and commitment to delivering a high-quality clean.
  • Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle (essential).
  • Willingness to obtain a Police Check and Working With Children Check (WWC).
  • Professional, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be available for weekend work, day shifts, and early morning shifts starting between 6:00-8:00 AM as required.
