An upmarket furniture retailer is recruiting a store manager for our Castle Hill Store.

Essential requirements.

Experience in high end furniture or other luxurious goods retail, including understanding customers' needs, providing solutions, explaining the features/benefits to the customers, liaising with the logistical department, etc.

Enthusiasm in making sales and ability to achieve the monthly goals of both personal and the store's.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Excellent management skills, including training, staffing, etc.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills.

  • Proactive interactions with the potential customers rather than waiting for business.

  • Proficient computer skills, Microsoft office skills, social media skills (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Wechat, Youtube, etc.).

Understand the trend.

Understand Gen Y/Millennials.

Energetic and physically fit.

Full time, part time or casual employment available.

Preferred requirements.

Tertiary education in design.

B to B, freelancer options available.

Remunerations.

Much higher than industry average pay package. No ceiling applies.
