About Your Role
As a Clinical Nurse with Logan MIRT, you'll provide advanced clinical care and leadership within a supportive, multidisciplinary team.

In This Role You Will

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based mental health nursing care to people with complex needs
• Coordinate clozapine clinic and depot medication management
• Conduct physical health assessments and ongoing metabolic monitoring
• Facilitate and co-facilitate group programs supporting consumer recovery
• Provide clinical leadership, mentorship, and education to nursing staff and students
• Contribute to service development, quality improvement, and research initiatives

About You
You're an experienced mental health nurse with strong clinical judgment, excellent communication, and a commitment to person-centred, trauma-informed care.

You Will Bring

• Advanced clinical skills and experience in mental health assessment, care planning, and intervention
• Demonstrated understanding of psychiatric rehabilitation principles
• Knowledge of the Mental Health Act 2016 and clozapine medication management
• Group facilitation skills and ability to lead recovery-focused programs
• Commitment to continuous learning, evidence-based practice, and professional development
• Post graduate qualification or current enrolment in a post graduate program in a relevant area of study (highly desirable)
