About the Company

We are a team of 80+ allied health professionals servicing the Northern Rivers region from our Ballina clinic and 5 more clinics in Northern NSW and Southern QLD.

Our team consists of Exercise Physiologists working alongside Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy from our purpose built clinic and rehab gym in Grafton.

About the Role

  • Provide outstanding customer service to our clients.
  • Match aspirations of clients with exercise interventions.
  • Collaborate with other health professionals to provide total rehabilitation & wellness to a range of different clients from different sectors.
  • Opportunity to be involved in business development activities and contribute the growth of our organisation in the Coffs area.
  • This is very much an opportunity to make this role your own and you will have the opportunity to be well supported by the existing Exercise Physiology team.

Duties

  • Treat a vast range of patient conditions including musculoskeletal rehab, chronic disease management and disability.
  • Conduct health & rehabilitation assessments and set goals
  • Create & prescribe exercise programs
  • Complete pre employment medical assessments.
  • Variety of settings including onsite gym, consult rooms and hydrotherapy.
  • Establish relationships with clients
  • Establish relationships with other allied health practitioners
  • Involvement in relationship management functions
  • Involvement in business development plans

Skills & Experience

  • Degree in Exercise Physiology
  • ESSA Accredited Exercise Physiologist
