The Role

We're seeking full-time Demolition Workers to join our experienced team on shopping centre and retail soft strip-out and demolition projects across Melbourne. You'll be working in live environments, with some after-hours work when required, completing detailed demolition tasks to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interior and light structural demolition in shopping centres
  • Strip-outs, site preparation, and rubbish removal
  • Use of hand and power tools, saws, jackhammers, and breakers
  • Assisting operators and following site supervisor directions
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area
  • Adhering to all safety procedures and site requirements

About You

  • Previous demolition or construction experience required
  • White Card (mandatory)
  • EWP ticket (mandatory)
  • Experience in shopping centre or commercial demolition (highly regarded)
  • Reliable, punctual, and physically fit for hands-on work
  • Able to work as part of a team and follow instructions
  • Willingness to work night shifts or after-hours when required
