The Opportunity:

We have multiple opportunities across the Sunshine Coast Region (covering the areas from Noosa to the Glass House Mountains, and inland to Gympie & Hinterland). As a Disability Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of individuals with disabilities. Your role will involve encouraging positive choices, fostering independence, and supporting the overall well-being of your clients. Requirements:

  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance / Yellow Card
  • Working with Children card (Blue Card)
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
  • National Police Check
  • NDIS Workers Orientation Certificate

Pay Rates:

  • Monday to Friday 6am to 8pm shift - $38.50 per hour
  • Monday to Friday 8pm - 6am shift - $43.12 per hour
  • Saturday - $53.90 per hour
  • Sunday - $69.30 per hour
  • Public Holidays - $84.70 per hour
  • Sleepover allowance $80.00 per shift
