Position Description - Community Engagement Officer
Key responsibilitiesReporting to the Team Leader, Community Engagement, you will:
- Implement community engagement strategies, activities and initiatives that encourage genuine and meaningful involvement from our community.
- Provide expert advice to internal teams on best practice engagement.
- Develop creative online and offline engagement tools and information.
- Analyse and interpret community feedback and prepare clear, accessible outcome reports.
- Support projects that deliver wellbeing outcomes by ensuring our community has opportunities to have their say on matters that affect them.
The successful candidate will have:
- South Australian Class C Driver's Licence.
- Hold and maintain a valid DHS Working with Children Check.
- International Association of Public Participation (IAP2) Certificate of Engagement (or willingness to obtain).
- Be willing to undergo a pre-employment medical assessment and police check.

Salary range is between $91,908 to $98,028 plus superannuation guarantee and will be negotiated commensurate with skills, experience and qualifications.
