Role Summary

We are hiring a Mainframe SCM Administrator responsible for managing Software Configuration Management (SCM) tools and processes on enterprise mainframe systems. This role ensures smooth build, release, and deployment operations within a controlled and auditable environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain SCM tools such as Endevor, Changeman, ISPW, or equivalent.
  • Manage version control, build automation, and release deployment activities.
  • Coordinate with development and operations teams to ensure proper change management.
  • Maintain documentation for builds, releases, and deployments.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve SCM tool or process-related issues.
  • Ensure compliance with security, governance, and audit requirements.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 4-6 years of experience in SCM administration in mainframe environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Endevor/Changeman or other SCM tools.
  • Strong knowledge of JCL, COBOL, and mainframe libraries.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and change management.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
