Kennedy Baptist College is a leading co-educational Christian school for students in Years 7 to 12, located in Perth's southern suburb of Murdoch. Kennedy Baptist College was formed in 2013 after the amalgamation of two neighbouring Colleges. It is now home to approximately 1,200 students, and together we enter the next exciting chapter.

About the role

Assistant Registrar (part-time, ongoing)

We are seeking a highly experienced Administrator who can represent the College with professionalism and integrity in all interactions with external stakeholders. Your exceptional administrative and organisational skills reflect the standard of excellence we uphold. Combined with your warm and personable approach, every engagement leaves a lasting, positive impression of the College.

This is a job share role, working closely and seamlessly as a tight team. Forward thinking, attention to detail, a self-starter with strong customer focus are some words that describe your working style. Previous working experience in a school enrolment role – its systems (i.e. TASS and Funnel) and processes is desirable.

This is an ongoing, part-time (0.6 FTE) role starting early 2026.
