Gift hamper/Gift Basket company in Kensington looking for a part-time Warehouse operator with a fork lift license.

Dispatch Role:

Part time/Casual with extra hours in busy Christmas season

Be responsible for preparing gifts for dispatch with Star Track/AusPost

Ensure the correct gift is packed into the right box, secure the box with tape, record the weight and box type for the order

Work fast, efficiently, neat, and accurately

MUST be detailed focused and quick.

Forklift license is a must

Preparing of delivery labels so computer and excel skills are necessary

Receive goods in and fill stock shelves in Production,

Be able to maintain a neat and tidy warehouse

Must be able to work without supervision

We are looking for someone who is:

Can complete tasks with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail within set time frames

Successfully works as part of a team and can also work independently under the direction of the business owner and senior personnel.

Working hours are 10:30am to 2:30pm Mon to Friday, however, in December we require you to work longer hours (8 hours per day at least)

Ideal for an older gentleman who is starting to wind down.

Essential Criteria:

Ability to be flexible with shift start/finish times. You must be available to work Monday to Friday, some weekend work in December.

Ability to work on your feet for the entire shift, lift more than 25kg and be fast and efficient

Demonstrated high levels of enthusiasm, creativity, innovation and flexibility in previous work roles

Pay: From $30.35 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
