We're looking for a full-time Occupational Health & Safety Officer
(Melbourne-based, with hybrid flexibility).

In this role, you'll:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor health & safety programs
  • Run risk assessments and safety audits
  • Make sure we meet OHS regulations and best practice
  • Promote a strong safety culture across the organisation
  • Deliver training and guidance for staff

What We're Looking For

  • Identified role – open to Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander applicants
  • Certificate IV in WHS (Diploma preferred)
  • 2+ years' experience in an OHS support role
  • Knowledge of OHS legislation, compliance, and safety systems
  • Experience with risk management, incident reporting, and record-keeping
  • Confident communicator, organised, and proactive
  • Microsoft Office skills
  • Current Driver's Licence
  • Working with Children Check & National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
