Your Role

As an Allied Health Assistant you'll be looking after the most important people in our organisation - our patients.

Your tasks will include:

  • Assist with the implementation of therapeutic services across multiple areas of Allied Health practice
  • Work within the care plan and actively participate in skills development to ensure practice in contemporary and relevant
  • Assist with the assessment and evaluation of patient goals and plans
  • Report client progress and outcomes of interventions to Allied Health Professional against goals identified in care plan
  • Assist with the co-ordination and implementation of office procedures to support the administrative requirements of the Allied Health service including scheduling and maintenance of client appointment diary

Role Requirements

  • Be vaccinated (and maintain up-to-date vaccinations) against Influenza and Covid-19
  • Current Police Screening Certificate
  • Current First aid and CPR certificates
  • Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance or relevant experience is essential
  • Effective communication skills
