About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Manual Labourer to join our team at a busy steel fabrication company. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, safety-conscious, and ready to assist with a variety of tasks in a workshop and yard environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with loading and unloading steel materials
• General labouring duties around the workshop and yard
• Operate hand and power tools
• Assist tradespeople with fabrication tasks as required
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Manual handling and lifting of materials

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a labouring or construction environment (preferred)
• MR Licence (preferred)
• Forklift Licence (preferred)
• White Card – Construction Induction (essential)
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Physically fit and able to handle manual work

Job Types: Full-time, Casual

Pay: $35.00 – $55.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift

• Australia (Preferred)
