We are an iconic Hotel in a beautiful part of regional North-East Victoria - and now looking for a Duty Manager to join the team

A bit about you….

We are looking for a Duty Manager who is outgoing and relaxed with solid pub or hospitality experience under their belt.

  • You will be the type of person who thrives on making things happen.
  • You will have a big smile & a positive attitude - we can show you the ropes for the rest.
  • You will be a strong communicator who is very comfortable making it 'happen' in less-than-ideal circumstances & are not fazed by a random curve ball.
  • People enjoy being around you because of your charismatic, caring and positive nature. You like to have fun and are supported by a strong social network.

A bit about the role….

  • This role can be adapted to be more 'day-time' hours or 'evening hours' - based on the successful applicant's preference and skill set.
  • This is a hands-on role that will see you overseeing all areas of the pub.  Managing the bar, service and dining room
  • You will help out in events – engage with locals and overall creating a fun and enthusiastic work environment for the team at large
  • As part of the leadership team, you will also help drive sales, manage costs, and develop, train and mentor staff.
