Alexander's Bakery Southside is a local bakery cafe loved for our handmade pastries, burek, and award-winning coffee. We've built our reputation on quality, consistency, and genuine customer care — and we're now looking for a Store Manager to help lead our Corrimal team.
This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in both people and product — from managing daily operations and motivating staff, to maintaining the quality and presentation of every coffee, burek, bread, and pastry that leaves the counter.
What the role involves:
- Overseeing day-to-day cafe operations and team workflow
- Leading by example on customer service and team culture
- Maintaining product quality and presentation standards
- Assisting with rostering, ordering, and stock control
- Working closely with the owners on continuous improvement and sales growth
- Day shifts requiring barista skills
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience managing a busy cafe or similar environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Keen eye for detail and product quality
- Reliable, proactive, and motivated to grow with the business
