We're looking for a passionate Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) to join our buzzing Hive at Busy Bees on Furlong Road. This is your opportunity to inspire young minds and make a lasting impact in a centre committed to quality education and care.

About the Role

  • Lead the development and delivery of a high-quality educational program aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)

  • Foster positive relationships with children, families, and your team

  • Observe, plan, and document children's learning and development

  • Collaborate with other educators and the Centre Leadership Team to deliver meaningful experiences

  • Uphold compliance with NQS and centre policies

  • Inspire curiosity, creativity, and confidence in young learners every day

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)

  • NESA Accreditation (Provisional or Full) as required in NSW

  • NSW Working with Children Check (Employee)

  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates

  • Child Protection / Mandatory Reporting training

  • A deep understanding of the EYLF, NQS, and relevant regulations

  • Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to professional growth
