Skills:

  • Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in automated production lines.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to safety and quality standards (knowledge of SQF, HACCP, GMP is a plus).
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to effectively use production systems.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Forklift license is highly regarded.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain automated production lines, ensuring smooth and efficient operation.
  • Ensure the continuous flow of products throughout the production process.
  • Complete accurate records, safety checks, and quality checks as required by company protocols.
  • Assist with staging, cleaning, and maintaining a tidy work environment within the production facility.
  • Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report major problems to the Maintenance team for timely resolution.
  • Monitor production efficiency and work closely with the production team to meet daily targets.
  • Adhere to safety, cleanliness, and quality standards at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in manufacturing or production roles is preferred.
  • Ability to follow instructions carefully and collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
  • Forklift operation experience or certification is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.35 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
