**Position:** Technical Support Specialist

**Location:** Wonthaggi

**Responsibilities:**

  • Provide onsite technical support to clients in public school in Wonthaggi area.

  • Assist in the management and support of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) systems.

  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, ensuring timely resolution.

  • Collaborate with school staff to enhance their technology proficiency.

  • Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of ICT infrastructure.

**Requirements:**

  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.

  • Positive and customer-focused personality.

  • Valid work permit and eligibility to work in Australia.

  • Must possess or be willing to obtain a Working With Children Permit.

  • Prior experience in the IT industry is a must.
