About the role
Bellarine Fences' is seeking a motivated and hardworking Labourer / Fencer to join our team on a casual basis. Based in Drysdale, VIC, this role will involve assisting our experienced fencing crew with the installation of various fencing types.
What you'll be doing
- Assist fencing crew with the installation of timber, steel, and other fencing materials
- Prepare and clean up work sites
- Perform basic manual labour tasks such as digging holes, lifting, and carrying materials
- Operate small power tools and equipment as required
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in a safe manner
What we're looking for
- Some experience in labouring or construction work, preferably in the fencing industry
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Good physical fitness and stamina to perform manual labour tasks
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to safety
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
