We are currently inviting Expressions of Interest for multiple roles in Trade Services, including Painter, Handyman & Carpenter roles located in Warrnambool, VIC.

About the Painter/Handyman Role:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Painter / Handyman to join our maintenance team. This is a hands-on role requiring both independent work and teamwork across a range of residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

• Perform site preparation, property repairs, and general maintenance tasks
• Carry out interior and exterior painting, including surface preparation and application of paints, sealers, and solvents
• Complete minor plastering, patching, caulking, and other handyman repairs
• Ensure a clean and safe work environment in line with WHS standards
• Attend client sites as scheduled and complete required documentation, including photos and service reports

About the Carpenter Role:This role involves carrying out a variety of carpentry tasks across construction and maintenance projects. Responsibilities include the construction, installation, and repair of structures, with a focus on precision, safety, and quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

• Interpret blueprints and plans to complete carpentry tasks accurately
• Construct, install, and repair structures such as walls, floors, doors, and cabinetry
• Measure, cut, and assemble materials using hand and power tools
• Ensure all work meets safety standards and project specifications
• Collaborate with team members and other trades to deliver high-quality results on time
