About the role
Hermitage Building Group is seeking a driven and creative Content Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. In this full-time, office-based role in Scoresby, VIC, you will play a pivotal part in developing and executing our visual content strategy across digital platforms.
What you'll be doing
- Produce high-quality photography and video content to showcase our residential construction projects and brand
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualise, plan and execute engaging visual campaigns
- Manage the end-to-end process of content creation, from pre-production to post-production
- Curate and maintain our visual asset library to ensure consistency across all marketing collateral
- Work closely with the social media and digital marketing teams to publish and promote visual content
- Support other marketing initiatives as required, such as event coverage and client communications
What we're looking for
- 2-3 years' experience in a content creation or marketing coordinator role
- Strong photography and videography skills, with the ability to plan, shoot and edit high-quality content
- Proficient in photo editing and design programs (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, After Effects preferred)
- Ability to manage shoot logistics and communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders
- Strong understanding of content optimisation across platforms (web, social, eDM)
- Organised, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel and work off-site and outside of standard business hours when required
- A strong eye for design and attention to visual detail
- Comfortable handling brand guidelines and delivering consistent output
