Position Vacant - Vehicle Window Tinter

The main purpose of the Vehicle Window Tinter is to prepare and apply window tint to new and used vehicles sold by the various sales areas of the Autocorner business operation, as part of the post sale /Pre Delivery process. Working closely with the entire Pre Delivery team will be required to ensure timely and smooth delivery of customer vehicles.

The Vehicle Window Tinter carries out a range of duties related to the application of Window tint to vehicles, including:

· Preparation of vehicles for tinting.

· Cut out and application of tint film.

· Preparing and pre cutting stock film for future jobs.

· Stripping and cleaning old tint from vehicles, in preparation for re application of new tint film.

· Responsibility for accurate and cost effective use of tint film and supplies.

· Coordinating with other areas of the Pre Delivery operation to ensure correct work flow of vehicles.

Required Skills / Experience:

· Previous experience tinting windows or training provided for the right candidate.

· Experience in a busy work environment.

· Excellent communication skills.

· Sound knowledge of vehicle tinting techniques and processes.

· Industry experience in window tinting roles.

· Highly organised / self motivated.

· Able to work unsupervised.

· An unrestricted driver's licence.
