What does the job look like?

We're currently on the lookout for multiple experienced Reach Forklift Operators to join our high-performing team in Marsden Park, Sydney. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a permanent day shift role in a clean, organized, and supportive warehouse environment. Key areas:

  • Driving the commitment to Linfox Safety Standards at all times
  • High reach forklift operation for picking and replenishment tasks (handling heavy industrial and paint products)
  • Loading and unloading trucks and trailers
  • General warehouse duties including pick packing, staging orders, and maintaining a tidy workspace
  • Tracking freight movements via SAP and online booking portals
  • Thriving in a fast-paced, team environment

  • Hold a valid LF forklift license with solid High Reach experience
  • Loading and unloading freight with confidence
  • Comfortable using basic computer systems, especially SAP or similar platforms

  • Access to reliable transport
  • Strong work ethic—reliable, punctual & hardworking
  • A team player with a can-do attitude
