ABOUT THE COMPANY

Servicing clients Victoria-wide on a variety of project types, from mass planting in wetlands and cemeteries, to manicured schools and sales offices - Dynamik Works is on a mission to transform the planting industry.

We've got plenty of work on and are looking to grow our team with both seasoned planters and passionate people ready to learn the ropes. Join a friendly crew with flexible work options - from 1 to 6 days a week. Positions are available for an immediate start.

Employee pay consists of a base hourly wage plus a planting bonus - We offer great piece rates We also pay weekly.

We prioritise safety, upholding a positive and collaborative culture and providing consistent work.

You'll work within a great team in a positive workplace environment to deliver a variety of wetlands, parklands, civil construction sites and more.

A successful applicant will receive uniform and support developing their planting and leadership skills.

Dynamik Works will provide any required training to access site including: Rail RIW, Working With Children, Working at Heights.

APPLICATION PRE-REQUISITS

Access to a vehicle is required to access job sites.

Applicants must have a Construction Industry White Card.

Planting experience is advantageous but not a prerequisite.
