Hyecorp is an Australian property development company with over 25 years of excellence in designing, constructing and managing award-winning residential and mixed-use developments. Our delivery team, North Shore Property and Construction, is approaching the final phase of our prestigious Audrey St Leonards project and seeks an experienced Finishes Foreperson to lead the completion of four luxury penthouses.

What You'll Bring

Essential Requirements:

  • Construction qualification with 8-15 years of Design & Construct residential experience
  • Proven track record delivering first-class projects with bespoke, high-end finishes
  • Advanced proficiency in construction IT systems including site diaries, RFIs, document control, quality management and short-range scheduling
  • Unwavering commitment to safety protocols, quality standards and collaborative teamwork
Your Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership:

  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure optimal resource allocation and material procurement aligned with program milestones
  • Drive on-site productivity while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality and program delivery
  • Proactively manage design deliverables and coordinate seamlessly with design consultants
  • Execute and close out Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), quality checklists and RFIs with meticulous attention to detail
  • Support Site Manager in coordinating all site activities and trades

Project Details:

  • Duration: Approximately 2 months starting immediately
  • Hours: Monday-Friday 7:00am-5:30pm, possibly Saturday half-day
  • Flexible Engagement: Open to temporary-to-permanent employment or independent contractor arrangements
