PM Kennedy is a boutique cadastral and reality capture–focused surveying firm servicing Greater Melbourne and regional areas. This is a hands-on role offering the best of both worlds - a mix of field and office-based work. You'll lead by example, working alongside a supportive team to deliver high-quality outcomes across a variety of projects. This role calls for a great communicator who can nurture and get the best out of our survey team, creating an environment where people feel supported, motivated, and confident to perform at their best. You'll also play a key role in mentoring others, refining systems, and contributing ideas that drive innovation and efficiency across the business.

• Current or imminent Victorian Surveyor's Licence
• Strong background in cadastral surveying with a deep understanding of Victorian standards, regulations, and practices
• Proven ability to manage and deliver projects from start to finish, balancing technical accuracy with practical field application
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills — you know how to bring people together to get things done
• A proactive, forward-thinking mindset and genuine enthusiasm for improving how things are done

• Exposure to both fieldwork and office-based project delivery
• A clear pathway to leadership within a growing, future-focused business
