Available Positions

2 x Full-Time Pharmacy Assistants – Mareeba Wholelife Pharmacy (38 hours per week, no Sundays)

1 x Part-Time Pharmacy Assistant – Mareeba Wholelife Pharmacy (flexible hours, no Sundays)

1 x Full-Time Pharmacy Assistant – Amaroo Medical Pharmacy (38 hours per week, Mon–Fri only, no weekends)

What does a Pharmacy Assistant do?

As a Pharmacy Assistant, you are the first point of contact for our customers. You'll play a vital role in delivering a welcoming experience and helping people with their health and wellness needs. Duties include:

  • Assisting customers with product advice and purchases
  • Processing sales and handling transactions
  • Maintaining store presentation, merchandising, and stock levels
  • Supporting dispensary staff when required
  • Working collaboratively with the team to provide outstanding service

What we're looking for?

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated team members who can demonstrate:

  • Excellent customer service skills and a genuine desire to help people
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
  • Reliability and attention to detail in all aspects of the role

  • A willingness to learn about pharmacy products and health solutions

  • Previous retail or pharmacy experience is highly regarded but not essential – training will be provided
