So, what duties can you expect to do?

• Manage the daily operations of a prestigious horticultural site to the highest standards
• Lead and support a team to consistently deliver top-quality maintenance outcomes
• Operate and supervise use of zero-turn mowers, brush cutters, blowers, and other tools
• Carry out pruning, planting, fertilising, mulching, pest control, and general upkeep
• Plan and deliver seasonal planting displays and soft scaping enhancements
• Maintain and repair irrigation systems to ensure efficient water management
• Promote safety by leading pre-starts and ensuring compliance with WHS procedures
• Communicate with clients to provide updates and respond to site needs
• Identify and suggest ideas for improving the site's horticultural presentation
• Allocate tasks, manage rosters, and train team members as needed
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to support site delivery
• Complete reports, maintenance logs, and other admin tasks accurately
• Encourage best practices in sustainability with continuous improvement

What will you need?

• Certificate III in Horticulture or Parks and Gardens (preferred or equivalent)
• Driver's licence
• National Police Check
• Working with Children Check
