The Position

As the successful candidate you will report to the Finance Manager and be responsible for supporting the delivery of the full accounts payable process. You will work as part of a thriving team and be responsible for the high-volume accounts payable process.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for working within a high-volume and fast-paced accounts payable team.

Your key responsibilities will include, however are not limited to:

  • Processing a high-volume of invoices and credit notes;
  • Supplier, credit card and bank reconciliations;
  • Reporting and supporting with all EOM activities;
  • Investigating any errors or discrepancies in the automated system;
  • Ad hoc accounts support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the payables team.
Skills And Experience

In Addition, You Will Demonstrate The Ability To

  • Demonstrate the ability to build strong professional relationships
  • Effective and adaptive communication skills
  • Computer literacy in all Microsoft office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with ERP systems
