Are you an experienced and highly-motivated Property Valuer looking for an exciting new challenge?

Lando Valuations and Asset Strata Valuers, two leading boutique valuation firms, are seeking a skilled and dedicated Property Valuer to join our team. Based in a modern office in the Sutherland Shire, our firms specialise in a diverse range of valuation services, offering a unique opportunity to work on both traditional and specialised long-form reports.

Key Requirements:

  • Accreditation:
    Minimum RPV, CPV Certified Practising Valuer accreditation.
  • Experience:
    A minimum of 4+ years of post-degree experience in property valuation.
  • Reporting:
    Proven experience in writing both mortgage and non-mortgage valuation reports.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Have some knowledge of Estate Master is highly regarded but not essential.
  • Have some experience in Strata Property Reports (Insurance Valuation, Capital Works Fund, WHS reports, and Asbestos reports) is highly regarded.

Professionalism:

  • Active API membership.
  • A self-motivated individual with efficient time management skills.

Mobility:

  • General knowledge of the Sydney Metropolitan Area and Regional NSW.
  • Willingness for occasional interstate travel.
  • Valid driver's licence.
  • Must have own reliable car.
  • Must have own mobile phone.

Flexibility:

  • Ability to work remotely when required.
  • Willingness to undertake professional training and comply with all CPD requirements.
