Join Our Passionate Team
As an Employment Case Officer, you'll play a key role in empowering participants to overcome barriers and achieve sustainable employment. You'll work closely with individuals to understand their goals, build confidence, and connect them with the right opportunities and supports.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Individualised Employment Planning - Meet participants where they're at, identify their goals, and co-design pathways to employment.
- Skills Development & Training - Deliver or connect participants to training, licences, and resources tailored to their needs.
- Barrier Management - Provide practical and emotional support to help participants navigate challenges and build resilience.
- Job Placement & Retention Support - Engage with employers, facilitate workplace adjustments, and ensure long-term success for both participants and businesses.
- Collaboration & Referrals - Work with community partners, health services, and training providers to offer wrap-around support.

What You'll Need to Succeed
We're looking for someone who's passionate about inclusion and employment. You don't need to tick every box if you're motivated and values-aligned, we'd love to hear from you.
Certificate IV in Disability, Mental Health, Community Services or equivalent experience
Experience in employment services, case management or community support
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Tech-savvy with attention to detail
Empathy, integrity, and a commitment to inclusion
Essential Requirements

NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
Driver's licence or reliable transport
