About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Leading Hand to join our team on a contract basis for an exciting project in Erina, NSW. This role offers the opportunity to step into a leadership position on-site, with the potential to progress into a full-time role for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site activities
  • Lead and support the site crew, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency
  • Work closely with supervisors, subcontractors, and suppliers to keep the project on track
  • Carry out hands-on trade work while managing and mentoring team members
  • Maintain compliance with WHS procedures and project requirements

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Leading Hand or in a supervisory trade role
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
  • White Card (essential)
  • Relevant trade qualification (desirable)
  • Driver's licence and reliable transport
