CURTAIN SEWING MACHINIST

Cardell is looking for sewing machinists to join its friendly team. We have been established for over 50 years and have opened a beautiful, new air-conditioned sewing workroom in Enoggera.

We run a high quality, efficient and productive team that we are looking to expand. 

As a Sewing Machinist you will be responsible for manufacturing curtains and other window furnishings using industrial sewing machines, cutting tools and other equipment. Working closely with the Workroom Supervisor and Workroom Manager, you will be supported to ensure that all products meet the company's high standards for quality, precision, and efficiency.

If you are a competent home sewer or have experience with industrial machines, we welcome you to apply. We are also looking for someone with experience in blind assembling, as well as keen attention to detail for cutting fabrics and would be encouraged to apply even without experience using industrial sewing machines.

We have full time or part time hours available.

There is parking onsite, and the workroom is located a convenient 5 min walk to Enoggera Train Station.
